I have been working with Jeannine for a little over a year. She is an expert in the unique field of stretching called Active Isolated Stretching. Even though my prior competitive athletics (gymnastics, tennis, track, swimming) involved lots of stretching, I have found this particular type of stretching to have great rewards. Although it is completely different from traditional stretches, believe me, it works! My range of motion has increased tremendously, particularly in the shoulders, lower back, and legs.
