Have you ever heard the expression "abs are made in the kitchen"? Well, arms are too. In order to get rid of the "jiggle" you need to adjust your diet. Sure, the exercises you do are important, but at the end of the day, if you don't eat right, you will never shed that layer of fat over the muscle you are building. So here are a few exercises you can do at home with a set of dumbbells.
DIPS
Grab a bench if you have access to a gym, or a chair or couch, if you are training at home.
When performing a dip on the bench, keep your elbows pointing straight behind you.
Keep your body as close to the bench as possible as you dip down.
DUMBBELL CURLS
Stand up straight with arms hanging and dumbbells in both hands, palms facing in.
Curl dumbbells for both arms at once, twisting your wrists on the way up and keeping your elbows still.
Slowly lower and repeat.
DUMBBELL STANDING SHOULDER PRESS
Stand upright holding dumbbells at shoulder height, fists outwards.
Press the dumbbells overhead, extending your arms fully. Make sure to keep your back flat and remain upright throughout.
Repeat
